Warranty Policy

If you purchased your Infused Amphora CBD vape pen,powered by Vessel directly from us at infusedamphora.com your Warranty coverage is automatically activated from the date of receipt. If you purchased from another location, please always maintain your proof of purchase.

Infused Amphora warrants our CBD oil vape pens (not cartridges) against faulty materials and workmanship under normal use of the device, for a period of up to six (6) months from the original date of purchase.

If a physical defect is found and a claim is received within the Warranty Period, Infused Amphora exercises the option to the extent permitted by law to either:

(1) Repair the vape pen defect or fault;

(2) Exchange the faulty vape pen device with a new or equivalent product; or

(3) Refund the product for the original purchase price.

Our warranty does NOT cover damages due to faulty and non-compatible CBD vape pen cartridges. We are unable to issue repairs, exchanges or refunds for damages incurred by cartridges but reach out to our client care team - we'll find ways to care of you if we can.
